To Book Penthouse apartment on Bright point for your next holiday, please comply with the following procedure;

 

Check availability of the dates you wish to book, fill and submit the booking form.

Wait for confirmation by email from us that the dates are still available and deposit the necessary $500 holding deposit to confirm the booking  (credit card accepted also).

Your booking is not locked in your name until the holding deposit has been paid.

This holding deposit becomes your security deposit when it is 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. AT which time you are required to pay 50% of the toal amount due for the period booked to retain your booking. 

This holding deposit of $500 will be returned to you (within 48 hours) from your departure if there has been no damage to the property, fixtures and fittings.  

The residual amount for the booked period is due no later than a week before your holiday starts.

Once this is paid you will be given details of the exact address of the penthouse and contact details to obtain the key from the caretaker.

 

Once a booking has been made all cancelations incur a cancelation fee if you cancel your booking less than 30 days from the start date of your initial booking. This fee is charged at  50 % of the total value of the period you had previously booked.

 

All bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday require a holding deposit of 50% the total value, payable at the time of booking.
